All claims – whether reported online, by telephone or via a claims report form – will be evaluated by our medical department. In nearly all cases, the claim is approved immediately and you will receive written confirmation along with all the information you need to claim a refund for your medical expenses. In some cases, our medical department will request additional information. If your claim has been (partially) rejected, you will receive a written letter explaining the reason for the denial. In any event, we will keep you informed of the progress of your claim at all times.
